Intellectual Property Rights to your materials:
We claim no proprietary rights over the material you supply to Bisa Lisa Studio. By submitting your photo to us, you agree to hold Bisa Lisa Studio harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, and expenses arising out of any potential or actual copyright or trademark misappropriation or infringement claimed by or against you. By uploading and posting material on this site or our email bisalisastudio@gmail.com, you grant Bisa Lisa Studio the right to use and publish images created from these materials for promotional, business development, and marketing purposes. This may include, but is not limited to website, web blog, studio display, fine art, commercial art, books, promotional material, and product demos, or any other lawful purpose.
Suggestions and Ideas:
Visitors may submit suggestions, ideas or questions to bisalisastudio@gmail.com. By doing so, you acknowledge that we will be free to use, disclose, reproduce, modify, license, transfer and exploit any suggestions or ideas in any manner.
Limitation of Liability:
We do not accept responsibility that this site, its servers, or e-mail sent from the website is free of viruses or other harmful components. You expressly understand and agree that we will not be liable for damages of any kind arising from the use of this site.
TERMS OF SALE:
These Terms of Sale apply to all offers and orders made by Bisa Lisa Studio, all purchases and orders placed by you, and all agreements concluded between buyer and seller in relation to the products and services offered on this site.
Cancellation on custom orders:
All orders are custom made to customer’s specifications. Cancellations are only accepted within twelve (12) hours from the time we send our initial email to you that contains the turnaround time. No cancellations are accepted after that time frame.
All custom sales are final. No returns, exchanges or refunds. We are committed to quality products and your satisfaction is very important to us. We work closely with you before we start the piece, and make sure you are fully aware of the type of quality and product you will receive.
We understand that at times things are not handled with care during shipment, so should anything arrive broken, please email us at bisalisastudio@gmail.com as soon as you receive your damaged order. Please provide us with picture of the damage and we will work with you as fast as we can to resolve the issue.
2. Pricing:
Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items shown on the website may be mispriced as a result of price changes that are implemented at or about the time of your visit to the website.
3. Acceptance of Order:
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In such event your sole recourse shall be the return of amounts paid by you (if any) related to such order.
4. Product Descriptions:
We attempt to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the descriptions will be completely current or error-free. This includes, but is not limited to the color, texture, or size.'
5. Product care:
Wood is a natural resource, it changes over time. Just like a tattoo on skin, art on wood will change overtime. Avoid hanging art in direct sunlight to prevent damage to the artwork. Artwork should be properly lit, but avoid using sunlight. Direct sunlight can lead to irreparable damage. The ultraviolet radiation from the sun can cause artwork to fade, crack, or warp. For any food use products, oil regularly and refer to care instructions.
6. SHIPPING - WHO PAYS DUTIES AND OTHER FEES
Like all important relationships, we want to be up-front and honest with you.
If you place an order for our product for delivery outside Canada, you may have to pay some additional charges. Like many online purchases, you will be responsible for paying all import duties, taxes, customs and other fees associated with the purchase of and the delivery of our products (Duties).
It is important that we highlight for you that Duties are NOT included in the pricing of our product or in the shipping fees. Depending on where the product is delivered, these Duties may be payable at the point of delivery or even after delivery.
Unfortunately we have no control or influence over any aspect of the Duties. As you may appreciate, these Duties can vary depending on a variety of factors, including the destination for delivery. We are really sorry that we are not able to advise you about these Duties.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to organize their own shipping insurance. We do not cover insurance in the shipping component that is paid during checkout.
Please remember that BISA LISA STUDIO will not be responsible in any way for Duties or additional charges imposed on your order. If you are unsure about any of this, it may be helpful for you to contact your local customs office and find out more.

7. Return Policy (NON-Custom work):
Any work purchased directly from the shop has a return policy of 2 weeks. You must send an email to bisalisastudio@gmail.com and request a refund. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If there is damage to the work when received, there will be a 25% or 50% charge depending on the damage.
All wall decals are included in this policy - must not have been previously used, original sheet and instruction in the same condition it was received.
8. Changed Terms:
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice.
